AmeriSys has been working on an exciting new project to produce an Analytics Module for use with the client data stored in our Corrus databases. The term "analytics" refers to the process of obtaining an optimal or realistic decision based on existing data. In other words, using technology to look at historical patterns which enable you to predict and improve performance in the future.
Analytics is reporting of information involving extensive computer calculations then using a user-friendly interface for extracting reports in a very flexible environment. Very flexible means viewing or using the data in multiple ways or angles to find out different pieces of information.
